Fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink. First aid kit is in the bathroom cabinet. Smoke detectors are installed in each room.
Appliance Guidelines

- Located in the utility room
- Use provided detergent pods (under sink)
- Select gentle cycle for delicates
- Don’t overload – max 7kg capacity
- Close the door when finished to prevent odours
☕ Coffee Machine
- Nespresso compatible pods in the cupboard
- Fill water tank to MAX line
- Press the lungo button for regular coffee
- Descale indicator will flash when needed
- Empty drip tray daily
